This Cat powered hydraulic prime mover was specified and built by ALLIGHT in Australia and is offered as new unused. Hourmeter reads a mere 2.0 hours.

The unit can be used to power almost any hydraulic tool set in any location or extremes of climate unattended 24/7.

The prime mover is skid mounted with rated cranage point, and includes its fuel tank in the skid base. The CAT/Perkins 2161 4.4L 62Kw diesel engine has an instrument based engine guarding system protecting against low oil pressure or high coolant temperatures and digital hourmeter.

The Rexroth pump is an open centre load sensing type, which circulates at only 14 bar in no load operation and so it saves heaps of fuel. As soon as it detects a load it increases pressure according to the load applied up to a constant working 250 bar and has peak capability of 315 bar. It pumps 60cc per rpm up to a maximum safe 2700rpm, so will deliver a maximum 162litres/min. An oil cooler in incorporated for constant performance.

The Heidra 150VSG is a versatile, 6" (150mm) hydraulic submersible pump capable of passing large solids up to 5" (125mm), stringy materials, and slurries. A remotely operated slurry gate allows the pump to act as a mixer, ideal for pumping thick, viscous, solids-laden sludges, such as those found in WWTP digesters, environmental clean-ups and API separators at refineries.

Performance with the infinitely variable speed control of this pump is to 125L/sec and dynamic Head to 24m.
